Corporal Michael Springer died as a result of contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty.
Corporal Springer was a United States Navy veteran who served with the Arkansas State Police for 33 years and was assigned to Troop H. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, two grandchildren, and a sister.
