Correctional Officer IV Barry Broadaway died as a result of contracting COVID-19 while serving at the Rufe Jordan Unit Pampa at 1992 Helton Road in Pampa.
Officer Broadaway had served with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Correctional Institutions Division for five years. He is survived by his wife, five children, fourteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
