Correctional Officer V Kay Zeger died as a result of contracting COVID-19 while serving at the Dalhart Unit at Y11950, FM 998 in Dalhart.
Officer Zeger had served with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Correctional Institutions Division for eight years. He is survived by his three brothers.
