DESCRIPTION:Pay tribute this Memorial Weekend by joining us for Fairmount Memorial Association’s Race to Remember.\nThis is a 5K run/walk at Fairmount Memorial Park. Proceeds from this event benefit Beyond the Call of Duty! And we will be there with the 2022/’23 Memorial Trailer to support everyone.\n\nRun/Walk the designated race course through 1500+ full-size American flags!\n\n  \nPay tribute this Memorial Weekend by joining us in a race to raise funds for Beyond the Call of Duty to ensure the fallen are never forgotten. \nThis is a 5K run/walk is at Fairmount Memorial Park – 5200 W Wellesley\, Spokane\, WA 99205 (New Location as of 2022) \nAll proceeds from this event benefit the Beyond The Call of Duty program. Their purpose is to ensure that no officer is forgotten\, that their families know their loved one has not been forgotten\, and that there is recognition\, support\, and understanding to help them heal. \nShirts available for purchase at the registration desk – $10 each\, all proceeds will be given to Beyond the Call of Duty. \nHERE IS HOW IT WORKS:\nThe race starts at 8:30 am at Fairmount Memorial Park – Registration Desk and Start line will be located in the parking lot of the Mausoleum (large building on the NW side of the cemetery). \nRegister online anytime or in person the day of the race between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. \nThe course will be marked by signs\, arrows on the ground\, and start and finish flags throughout the Fairmount Memorial Park cemetery. \nBathrooms available in the Mausoleum\, Cemetery Office\, and Porta Potty’s.
