Police Officer Bart Arnold died from complications as a result of contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty.
Officer Arnold was a United States Air Force veteran who served over 20 years with the Enid Police Department. He had previously served one year with the North Enid Police Department. He is survived by his wife and child.
