Master Deputy Sheriff Jillian Olson drowned during an underwater training exercise on Lake Murray.
Master Deputy Olson had served with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department for five years. Survivors include her parents and three siblings.
Master Deputy Olson’s badge number, 122, was retired by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
